About IMС Clinics
We are family physicians providing medical care that meets modern global and Western standards
Unlike narrow specialists, the family physician is uniquely trained to provide multidisciplinary medical care. This means that all family members, regardless of age and gender, with various diseases of all systems and organs can go to the family doctor.
IMC Clinics
Western standard professional medicine for children, adults, and the whole family
Our clinics employ family physicians - multidisciplinary specialists with unique training.
Family physicians aren't just an extra step on the way to a specialist. They are your allies who will guide you through all health issues: they diagnose and treat common and widespread diseases, make a checkup plan, advise on disease prevention (including vaccinations), and lifestyle changes.
If necessary, the family physician will refer you to a specialist and can coordinate your care.
Did you know that what we most often call an “enterovirus infection" is not caused by an enterovirus at all?

The most common side effect after vaccination is an increase in T, loose stools, and sometimes an increase in regurgitation.
The cost is 20,000₸ per dose.
Did you know that a huge number of gastroenteritis in children is caused by rotavirus?
Did you know that rotavirus kills about 400,000 children in the world every year? (due to dehydration due to gastroenteritis). Yes, of course, our mortality rate is significantly lower than, say, in Africa, but getting to the hospital with dehydration and a half-dead child is not fun at all.
Did you know that the risk of a child under one year of dying from dehydration is much higher than the risk of dying from bronchitis, otitis, pyelonephritis, and even pneumonia?
The good news is that a vaccine has been invented against rotavirus. And it's available at IMC now!
The vaccine is manufactured in India and has shown its high efficacy and safety (in fact, India is the best place to make and try this kind of vaccine!). This is a live weakened virus, injected in the form of droplets.
Contraindications:
Now - ATTENTION:
Severe combined immunodeficiency syndrome
Allergy to the vaccine in the past
In the past, intestinal intussusception in a child
Interval - at least 4 weeks between doses
The vaccine is used ONLY in children from 6 weeks to 12 months
A series of 3 vaccines, 2 ml of liquid is dripped into the mouth of the child
