In connection with the situation in Kazakhstan and in the world, the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan signed a decree on the introduction of a State of Emergency in the territory of the Republic starting March 16, 2020, until April 30, 2020.
The new decree states that there will be restrictions on entry and exit into and out of the territory of Kazakhstan, via all modes of transport, starting March 16, 2020. These restrictions mainly affect foreign nationals.
Based on this information, foreign applicants will not able to enter the territory of Kazakhstan until April 15, 2020. It is possible that the State of Emergency will end earlier than anticipated, but it also might be extended for a longer period. If a new decree is issued regarding the State of Emergency, we will update this post appropriately.
What should we do?
We hope for your understanding during these difficult and unprecedented circumstances.
